The Not So Black & White Cocktail

We hosted our first-ever Brunch With Califia this month in the bustling city of Denver, Colorado. With help from our friends at The Dinner Party Association, Ashlae Warner of Oh, Ladycakes, Chef Kyle Morgan, and bartender Laurence Mack, we served up a plant-based menu infused with our latest and greatest beverages. While we (sadly) don’t have leftovers to share, we can certainly treat you the recipe for one of Lawrence’s most killer cocktails from the event — the Not So Black & White.


  • 1 1/4 oz Califia Farms Black & White Cold Brew
  • 1 oz CAOS Anejo Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Lustau East India Solera Sherry
  • 1/4 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
  • 3-4 dashes Coffee Bitters
  • Mint sprig and grated dark chocolate for garnish
