1 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Latte
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp baking powder (yes, tablespoons!)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
- Set a pan to medium-low heat.
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add Pumpkin Spice Latte and vegetable oil to the mixture. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup of batter into the hot pan.
- Flip once you see bubbles in the middle of the pancake and the pancake releases from the pan easily.
- Repeat and enjoy!
