1 ripe banana
1 cup Pumpkin Spice Latte
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: Maple or agave syrup, to taste.
Optional: vegan buttery spread
- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Mix in Pumpkin Spice Latte, oats, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top with syrup or agave to taste and enjoy!
