Cinnamon-Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 tablespoons Califia Farms Vanilla Creamer

METHOD

Blend banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, spinach, cinnamon + coconut water together until well combined. Add ice + creamer, + blend until smooth. Serves 2.
