How do you up the ante on a green smoothie filled with banana, pear and almond butter? It’s simple — pour it in a bowl and toss in more fruity, and nutty, and seedy toppings. Grab a spoon and dig in. Your AM (or PM) just got much more interesting.
- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almondmilk
- ½ Tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup slivered almond
- Add spinach, ½ pear, ½ banana and almond butter to blender.
- Add Almondmilk.
- Blend until at preferred consistency.
- Pour smoothie into bowl.
- Top with remain ½ pear, ½ banana, chia seeds and almond slivers.
*If you would like a thicker smoothie, try frozen fruit or add a few ice cubes.
