Adaptogenic Lattes by Clean Food Dirty City: Brain Matcha

Why not elevate your matcha to make it a magical adaptogenic latte? We teamed up with Lily Kunin of Clean Food Dirty City (and author of Good Clean Food) to do just that — we bring you her recipe for Brain Matcha. 

Whip out the blender + give it a go.

INGREDIENTS 

  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 ½ teaspoon MatchaBar matcha
  • ¼ teaspoon Sun Potion chlorella
  • 2 Tablespoons Sun Potion tocos
  • 1 Tablespoon CAP Beauty coconut butter
  • ¾ cup Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almondmilk, steamed or warmed

METHOD 

Blend water, matcha, chlorella, tocos, and coconut butter until smooth. Pour into a cup and top with steamed almondmilk. Sprinkle chlorella on top to your preference. Enjoy!
