- 2 part Vanilla Vodka
- 1 part Creme de Cacao
- 1 part Coconut Chocolate Syrup
- 3 parts Califia Farms Unsweetened Better Half
Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake for thirty seconds. Pour ingredients into glass with no ice. Shave chocolate over top. Enjoy!
Chocolate Coconut Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Extract
Bring water to a boil in a pot on the stove. Once boiling, lower the heat to medium and add the dry ingredients. Stir to dissolve then add the remaining ingredients. Stir for 3 minutes or until fully dissolved. Remove from heat to cool. Freeze or refrigerate left over chocolate.
